Can I make changes or choose finishes?

Do these homes have stairs?
Most homes at The Abrey are single-storey. Double-storey options with stairs are available in Type E, Type F, and the two homes within the manor house.
Do the homes have large windows?
Yes, large windows maximise natural light, ventilation, and views.
Are the homes suitable for downsizing or upsizing?
The Abrey offers compact yet spacious homes for downsizing and larger options for upsizing.
Is The Abrey being built in phases?
Yes, construction is phased. Homes will be ready for occupation in 2025 and 2026.

Yes, both are permitted and can be arranged at purchase.
